VENUE
National Cheng Kung University Department of Electrical Engineering is located at the Ziqiang Campus of National Cheng Kung University. It has the largest building of the Department of Electrical Engineering in Taiwan called Chimei Building. It is a twelve-story building. It has a spacious environment for students to study and presentation, including the lecture hall UMC Rm and the classroom L. Y. Rm.
The conference will be held at the Building of Electrical Engineering, located on the National Cheng-Kung University (NCKU) Tzu-Chiang Campus, located just a 10-minute walk from the rear entrance to the Tainan Station.

Take TRA Train to Tainan Station. From the rear exit of Tainan station, walk along Ta-Shueh (University) Road for about ten minutes to Chang Rung Road junction. Proceed for approximately 30 meters; to the left is the entrance to Tzu-Chiang Campus. The department is located in the second building to the left, right next to Chi Mei restaurant.

TRANSPORTATION
Most international participants will arrive via the Taoyuan airport in Northern Taiwan. You can take Airport Rapid Transit from Airport Terminal 2 to HSR Taoyuan Station, it’ll go through six stations about 15 minutes. And then you take HSR from HSR Taoyuan Station to HSR Tainan Station, it’ll go through seven stations about 1.5 hours. And then you take train from Shalun Station to Tainan Railway Station, it’ll go through five stations about 30 minutes or take a taxi in.

Landing Station: Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport

- Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) → Taoyuan Station, Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) Follow the sign of Taoyuan Airport MRT and take MRT from Airport Terminal to Taoyuan THSR station (A18); The fare is NT$ 35 (20 Mins).
- THSR Taoyuan Station → THSR Tainan Station The journey will take about 83 minutes.
- THSR Tainan Station → TRA Shalun Station → Tainan Railway Station (Head to the REAR Exit of Station)
- By Taiwan Railway: fare is NT$ 25 (24 Mins). Please get off at Tainan Railway Station and head to the rear exit, and look for the camus map to lead you to the conference venue. or by Taxi: fare is about NT$ 350.
- Please exit from the rear gate of TRA Tainan Station. From the rear exit of Tainan station, walk along Ta-Shueh (University) Road for about ten minutes to Chang Rung Road junction. Proceed for approximately 30 meters; to the left is the entrance to Tzu-Chiang Campus. The department is located in the second building to the left, right next to Chi Mei restaurant.
Landing Station: Taiwan Kaohsiung International Airport
You can take Rapid Transit from Kaohsiung International Airport to HSR Zuoying Station, it’ll go through fourteen stations about 30 minutes. And then you can take train from Zuoying Station to Tainan Railway Station by Tze‑Chiang Limited Express, it’ll go through five stations about 40 minutes.


- Take Kaohsiung MRT Red Line from the Airport Station (R4) to Kaohsiung Main Station (R11): fare is about NT$ 35 (17 minutes).
- Take TRA train from Kaohsiung Main Station to Tainan Railway Station: fare is about NT$ 106 (40 minutes) for express trains. Please exit from the rear gate of TRA Tainan Station, walk along Ta-Shueh (University) Road for about ten minutes to Chang Rung Road junction. Proceed for approximately 30 meters; to the left is the entrance to Tzu-Chiang Campus. The department is located in the second building to the left, right next to Chi Mei restaurant.
